Indicorps Fellowship for Indian Origin

Indicorps is an international nonprofit fellowship for Indian people to implement sustainable development projects with community based organization. The fellowship is a deep personal experience and an opportunity to understand partnership development through acute unconstrained service. The main aim of the fellowship is to inspire a new generation of global Indian leaders through structured one and two years grassroots service opportunity in India. Indicorps provide nominal stipend to the candidate to live simply and work in India for the duration of their fellowship. Indicorps recognizes that building capacity within local Indian organizations is essential to sustainable change.

Eligibility for Indicorps Fellowship:

Indicorps will give fellowship to the qualified person of Indian origin who complete his or her degree from University or the candidate have five years of applicable work experience form anywhere in the world.

Application Procedure:

Application forms are available on their official website. Candidate should fill the application form and submit it.Application form have two part, one part contain general applicant information, short answer and essays, two outside references, health and medical form, current resume, and transcript if currently enrolled in graduate or undergraduate program and second part contain one project which he or she interested.

Selection Procedure:

After the submission of online application form the candidate interview will be arranged after application are completed.

General Information:

Indicorps and local host organization will provide basic housing, travel and food cost related to candidate fellowship project, however in many cases provision will be in the form of receipt based refund. They give fellowship for the period of two years. The application form will be fill before March month. In month April personal interview will be conducted.
