Inlaks Foundation Sports Awards
Inlaks foundation sports are an award from the Inlaks foundation. In 1976 Mr. Indoo shivdasani creates the Inlaks foundation. Inlaks foundation is a charitable trust registered with Liechtenstein a landlocked country between Switzerland and Austria. Indoo shivdasani was the son of a member of Indian civil service. He his father and other family members are educated in India and UK. It is approved charitable trust by commissioners of UK. The main aim of Inlaks foundation is sport outstanding, talented Indian musicians to provide them financial help to enable them reach Heights in Indian classical music. The foundation awards the scholarship in following area like sports, film studies, theatre, Music and fine arts.
Eligibility for Inlaks foundation sports Awards:
Candidate should complete processing graduate degree from any recognized university. Candidate should be Indian citizen. The candidate should be sportsperson of exceptional talent either male or female. Candidate should have outstanding record to grow in any given sports. Candidate age is not above 25 years on 1st July.Student who will not be studding abroad is eligible for this award. Student already studding abroad are not eligible for this award. The award may also cover maintenance and travel for exceptionally talented sports.
General Information:
The application forms are available from second week of January to April month every year. The application form are available on their official website and send the application form along with following document, curriculum vitae, passport size photograph and write proposal in 450 words. All application should be reach before the second week of April. Selected candidate are called for personal interview by the Inlaks foundation committee. Interview will be conducted in two stages preliminary interview and final interview. The scholarship is given for two years. Candidate should get monthly five thousand rupees of scholarship.
