The Dr. Manmohan Singh Scholarship is the international award in the field of the education. This award or scholarship is given in the St John's College which comes under the Cambridge University. This is a PhD standard scholarship. The scholarship is presented on the name of India’s honorable Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. The purpose behind this scholarship is to provide the benefit to the Indian students who are studying in the Landon and are also comes under the economical backward class. Because of this scholarship those students can easily posses their education. This scholarship is administered and controlled by the Council of British. Dr. Manmohan Singh is the former student of the St John's College; this is also one reason behind the name of the scholarship and the collage. The founder of the Dr. Manmohan Singh Scholarship is Mr. A. B. Banerjee who is also the former student of St John's College.

Eligibility of the Dr Manmohan Singh Scholarship

To get this scholarship Candidate must have the Indian citizenship with valid passport and visa. The age of candidate is must be below 35 years as of January 31 on the application year. The candidate must be a holder of master’s degree from any reputed or recognized university in India with first class award. The candidate has to be a fluent in English speaking and writing. And the last requirement is the he or she able to fulfill the admission criteria which are specified by the University of Cambridge.
